BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (ADAMS) – The fight against IU’s vaccine requirement is heading for its last stop.
A group of IU students last week asked the U.S. Supreme Court to take up the case.
The students started their fight back in June, not long after IU said all students would have to be vaccinated in order to return to campus this fall.
The students have lost at every turn, and are hoping the U.S. Supreme Court changes things.
The students are specifically appealing to Justice Amy Coney Barret, who has ties to Indiana from her time at Notre Dame.
