FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – The Parkview Health COVID-19 vaccine clinic will not be moving this week, as previously announced, and will remain at the Parkview Mirro Center for Research and Innovation.
The clinic is vaccinating individuals ages 12 and up and can provide first, second and booster doses of the Pfizer vaccine.
Currently, the clinic is open 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, but hours are subject to change based on demand.
Appointments are encouraged and can be made at ourshot.in.gov or by calling 211.
Walk-in appointments are available during clinic hours and subject to availability.
